Professional Fees
As President of the firm, I am sensitive to controlling the costs of our professional services. My staff and I are committed to rendering quality service as efficiently and as cost effectively as possible. We strive to provide an excellent value for our specialized services, and to operate in the best financial interest of our clients.

Fees are based on experience, expertise, and extensive knowledge in our specialized fields.

Nancy J. Wolf, MBA, CPA, CTRS
Ms. Wolf is President of the CPA firm US Tax Resolutions, P.A. She focuses her practice on IRS representation and tax problem resolutions. Ms. Wolf holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree with Majors in Accounting and Management, all earned at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

She has been in the corporate accounting and taxation fields for the past twenty-four (24) years, managing Delaware holding companies for various organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Wolf served on the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Holding Company Committee 1994 through 1999. She forms Delaware corporations and Limited Liability companies (LLCs), and serves as a Delaware Registered Agent to clients worldwide.

Ms. Wolf is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a Charter member of the American Society of IRS Problem Solvers. The ASIPS is a group of CPAs and Tax Attorneys dedicated to excellence in the tax resolution field. Ms. Wolf was presented the Member of the Year Award in 1999 by her peers at an ASIPS seminar in Denver, Colorado.

Recently, Ms. Wolf has joined the Tax Freedom Institute as a consulting member. This association of premier tax practitioners throughout the country is dedicated to taxpayers' rights issues, IRS abuse prevention and cure, and tax problem resolutions.
